Empowering Quality Consultancy Services Pte. Ltd. is a new company founded in February 2017. The company’s business scope is to provide all kinds of training for F&B enterprises including marketing, management and strategic development. It also provides dishwashers, cleaners, and table cleaning staff outsourcing services.
The company’s two founders have served in F&B industry in Singapore in high management level for more than 10 years. The served enterprises include Ding Tai Fung, The Soup Restaurant, Sakae Sushi, Long Beach Seafood Restaurant, and other large F&B enterprises. The two founders have very strong practical experience of enhancing the F&B business Service Standards and formulating its Management. Our companys belief is that rigorous staff training is essential to the F&B businesses in all sectors including the cleaning and dishwashing sector. The staffs not only are to maintain high standards stipulated in F&B industry in their job requirements and job scopes, but also to meet corresponding standards in their dress codes and etiquette. This is because the two founders believe that anyone serving the company is a representative of the company’s image. It is especially important in F&B industry as any employees have the opportunity to get in touch with the customers. If even a cleaner or dishwasher dresses neatly and has a sense of courtesy with the customer, the branding and image of the company would be greatly upgraded. Therefore, we will, as always, adhere to our high standards of service requirements, to provide high-quality services to more F&B enterprises.
